Primary Care Innovation was launched in 2024 by Kim Poyner from MediCoach and Riwka (Rif) Hagen from Medical Business Services.

Having established a working collaboration spanning a decade, we formalised our partnership to bring their combined expertise to the market in new and exciting ways.

Our point of difference is that we bring clinical and management expertise together to amplify and model ideal ways of working. In primary care, we understand that bringing management and clinical functions in alignment creates optimal opportunities for excellent patient outcomes.
